2-day Hands-on Spectral Flow Cytometry Workshop

The Central Imaging and Flow Cytometry Facility (CIFF) is organizing a 2-day hands-on workshop on spectral flow cytometry using the Cytek Northern Lights platform.

Spectral flow cytometry differs from conventional approaches by capturing the full emission spectrum of fluorophores rather than measuring signals in discrete channels. This enables the simultaneous analysis of multiple markers within a single sample, improving resolution and offering greater flexibility in experimental design. The workshop provides an opportunity to gain practical experience and understand spectral cytometry applications.
